The ALPS Help Desk provides support for the mobile devices (smartphones) given out by the ALPS CETL programme.

The telephone and Instant Messaging (IM) service are available from 10:00am to 16:00pm, Monday to Friday. Email and IM can be accessed through your mobile device (smartphone). Please note that phone calls will take priority over IM sessions.
